Topless Kate photos charges filed
French authorities filed charges against a magazine publisher who distributed -- and a photographer who allegedly took -- the photos of a topless Kate Middleton last September.

Cavaliers need to give up dream of 2014 reunion with LeBron James

No more tanking for draft picks. No more empty free-agent classes. No more false promises and mirages. No more illusions of chasing James in the summer of 2014, only to compromise themselves over and over in the conceptual pursuit of him.
The Cavaliers have a franchise player, Kyrie Irving, and here's the problem today: No one cares his thoughts on the next coach, nor how the hiring affects him. Every day Brown's ever spent on the job as Cavaliers coach, every choice and action was colored with how LeBron James would react, how he'd respond.
For the good of this franchise, Brown doesn't need to be set up again as the fall guy for James wanting to play elsewhere. Three years later, Brown returns to coach the Cavaliers and somehow they're all still trying to get LeBron James to love them.
"The way Mike had to bend for LeBron weakened him as a leader," one former Cavaliers staffer told Yahoo! Sports. "They'd be crazy to put him through that again. It's pointless."

What's more, since the ceremony, the couple has somehow managed to remain front-and-center in the public eye while still preserving a modicum of personal space. Sure, they posed on the cover of People and made an appearance on "Oprah" when they got hitched (mainly to promote marriage equality), but their time at home together remains reasonably undocumented.
And it seems they like it that way, as Portia recently explained during an interview with Out magazine.
“We’ve settled into happily married life," she said. "We really support each other in whatever we’re doing and we’re incredibly happy, which is why you don’t see us in the press so much. There’s no drama to report.”
Which, of course, begs the question: what's next for this power duo? While there are many exciting projects on the table — including the revival of de Rossi's "Arrested Development" and a TV pilot about rival sisters she's producing alongside DeGeneres — there's one thing that's definitely missing: children.
“There comes some pressure in your mid-30s, and you think, 'Am I going to have kids so I don’t miss out on something that other people really seem to love? Or is it that I really genuinely want to do this with my whole heart?' I didn’t feel that my response was ‘yes’ to the latter. You have to really want to have kids, and neither of us did. So it’s just going to be me and Ellen and no babies — but we’re the best of friends and married life is blissful, it really is. I’ve never been happier than I am right now.”
Not that any of this should come as a surprise. Last September, when DeGeneres appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," she explained she didn't understand why the media wouldn't let the topic of kids go.
"I don't want to have one," she explained. "I don't want to have six. I don't want to have any. They're precious to look at and I love them; we have nieces and I love them very much. [But I] don't want 'em."
And there you have it, folks. Two of Hollywood's biggest talents still aren't going to reproduce.

Kevin Hart Arrested for Drunk Driving: "This Is a Wake-Up Call"

Kevin Hart is not in a laughing kind
of mood. The comedian and actor, 32, was arrested for drunk driving in
Los Angeles early Sunday, April 14. According to CNN, traffic police
stopped the Think Like a Man star after he was speeding down
the freeway at 90 mph in his black Mercedes -- weaving between lanes and
nearly running into a gas tanker truck.
Pulled over by an off ramp, "Mr. Hart had objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform the field sobriety tests," California Highway Patrol said in a statement. He was booked in a local jail and released on $5,000 bail.
Hart was later frank, via Twitter, about the incident -- even joking about it. "When the cop asked me to take the sobriety test I said 'WHY WASTE OUR TIME ... I'M DRUNK MAN.'" He later clarified: "This is a wake up call for me, I have to be smarter & last night I wasn't ... everything happens for a reason."

Republican lawmakers seek details on Beyonce, Jay Z Cuba trip

(Reuters) - Two Republican members of Congress have
asked the U.S. Treasury Department for information on what type of
license American pop star Beyonce and rapper husband Jay Z obtained for a high-profile trip to Cuba to celebrate their wedding anniversary.
They ate at some of the city's best restaurants, danced to Cuban music, walked through historic Old Havana and posed for pictures with admiring Cubans, who recognized them despite the past half-century of ideological conflict that separates the United States and Cuba.
In a letter dated on Friday, U.S. Representatives Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Balart, asked Adam Szubin, director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, for "information regarding the type of license that Beyonce and Jay-Z received, for what purpose, and who approved such travel."
Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Balart represent districts in south Florida where there is a high Cuban-American population.
"Despite the clear prohibition against tourism in Cuba, numerous press reports described the couple's trip as tourism, and the Castro regime touted it as such in its propaganda," the letter said.
"We represent a community of many who have been deeply and personally harmed by the Castro regime's atrocities, including former political prisoners and the families of murdered innocents."
Representatives for Beyonce did not immediately respond for comment on Saturday.
The long-standing U.S. trade embargo against Cuba prevents most Americans from traveling to the island without a license granted by the U.S. government, although President Barack Obama's administration has eased restrictions on travel to Cuba for academic, religious or cultural exchanges.
In Washington this week, the State Department said it had no prior knowledge of the visit. A spokeswoman at the U.S. Interests Section in Havana said she did not know if the celebrity couple obtained a license for their trip. If they did not, they could be exposed to a fine.

20 of J.T.'s biggest supporters to come sing his new hit song “Mirrors”
in order to help them introduce his new album. Little did they know that
they were in for the surprise of a lifetime, when the star snuck up
from behind to sing along with them.

The first young woman who encounters the singer lets out a squeal for the ages. That’s followed by a couple cries of “Oh my god!” and even a “Holy (bleep)!”

“I’ve loved him since I was 11, so this is a really big deal to me,” another young woman said.

Two weeks ago, a week after NUST hosted Miss NUST 2013 event,party freaks or rather revelers were expecting to spend the night on campus boozing again but only to walk away after 1.00pm empty-handed.This event i chose to call it "a flop from the word go" because there was lack of seriousness from preparation up to the time when people dismissed themselves putting on long and dropped face.
Instead of being a gig the event turned to be more of a beer selling platform, people were now buying beer for entertainment since there was nothing to keep them captivated. Preparations started at 9pm, they was no light and sound-test started after he organisers realised that the situation was now turning people away.
The guests artists never -turned up, according to Lovejoy Nikisingorima, SRC president, "Maskiri was double-booked, he had a gig in Chitungwiza the sameday". Maskiri had signed a $1100 contract for that gig and received $300 as deposit, he was to receive the remaining $800 on arrival at NUST.
By the time i typed this, the SRC had not yet recived their money from Maskiri. He was to perform along two local DJs who also fail turn up, sending the fans thirst for Madam Mombeshora jingles.

The former Mrs. Tiger Woods, 33, is reportedly dating billionaire coal magnate Chris Cline, a neighbor in her upscale North Palm Beach, Florida, community called Seminole Landing.
"Elin was introduced to Chris by a local friend because they seem to have a lot in common," a source told People, noting that they've been dating casually and non-exclusively since the holidays. "They both have children, like to keep their personal lives quiet, believe in philanthropy, and enjoy leisure outdoor activity."
Just who is this guy? Here are five facts about Cline:
He's a college dropout, just like Woods. The 55-year-old Cline attended Marshall University in his home state of West Virginia, but he left before graduating to join the same industry that his grandfather and father had been in before him. Cline founded the thriving company Foresight Energy, and his career was praised by the local Herald-Dispatch newspaper in 2011 as "one of the industry's great success stories." Not exactly a walking ad for higher education, is he?

It's safe to say that he's not after Elin for her money. Cline is one of the richest people in the country, according to Forbes. The magazine ranked him as #377 on its latest list of American billionaires and, moreover, estimates his net worth at $1.2 billion -- that's with a b. Cline was even one of the targets of an attempted extortion plot, along with other bigwigs like movie producer Harvey Weinstein, last year. Of course, money is not a concern for Nordegren, especially since her divorce settlement from Woods was estimated at $100 million following his sex scandal.
He's a family guy. Cline has been married twice, with the first marriage ending when his wife died of breast cancer and the second ending in divorce. He has two sons and two daughters, so he'll understand the pressures of parenthood that Nordegren faces as she raises her children with Tiger, 5-year-old daughter Sam and 4-year-old son Charlie. As Cline revealed in a Bloomberg profile in 2010, he's not against falling in love again. "I just haven't had time to look for a wife," he explained.

His digs are even more impressive than you might expect. His home near Nordegren's is a 34,400-square-foot mansion on the ocean -- and that's not all. According to Bloomberg, he spends his time in Beckley, West Virginia, on a 150-acre-estate, featuring a go-kart track, a lake, and a stable of horses, goats, and llamas, referred to as a playground for his kids. Oh, and then there's his 164-foot-long yacht, big enough for 12, called Mine Games, which Cline rents out for cruises to the Caribbean and Mediterranean. The luxury boat features five staterooms, each with its own bathroom and plasma TV; two dining rooms; a sun deck with a 72-inch flat-screen TV so that guests can watch movies under the stars; and a whirlpool spa.
He remembers his roots. He donated $5 million to West Virginia University and another $5 million to his former college back in 2011. In a humble statement issued after the Marshall donation, he said, "I attended Marshall University, have been fortunate to have lived and employed people in West Virginia, and owe the state of West Virginia and its people for much of my success," he said. "I wanted to give something back that will be beneficial to the people of the state."
Cline certainly sounds like relationship material for Nordegren, who ended her romance with investor Jamie Dingman last May.

Last Saturday the National University of Science and Technology held the 2013 Cancer Awareness themed beauty contest on campus.
The Queen of the contest was Ratanang Joana Noko, a part two student doing Electrical Engineering,the first princess is Bokana a part four student in the applied science department and the second princess was our very own Donna Ncube.
Ratanang is of Suthu origin and she is 21 years of age. She revealed that she was not in the model career but she just took for the fun of it,"i'm not liked to any modeling agency and i last got involved in beauty pageant when i was in form one". She own a cosmetic hamper same with her two princess Donna and Bokana. There were rumours that she won $3 500 but the SRC denied that. According to Nikisingorima, the SRC president, "as the SRC we are facilitating so that she can learn for free for the coming two semesters". Personally, she refused to disclose the amount she was to receive but she only confirmed that there were possibility of cash.
The second princess Donna Ncube said she was impressed with the way the function was held but was grateful with her achievement, she also won a cosmetic kit. According to Ncube "i also won 20 hours of free training session at AM Modelling Agency. She is linked to the same modelling agency, Donna does not take modelling for granted and her dream is to take part in the miss world beauty contest. She started modelling when she was in form three at St Bernards High in the high density suburb of Pumula.
Bokana could not be reached for an interview but from the acquired information she is also affiliated to AM modelling agency.

In an exclusive statement to “Entertainment Tonight,” Janet Jackson confirmed that she’s already married to Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana. A rep for the singer has confirmed the news to omg! as well.
"The rumours regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true,” the statement began. “Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony. Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children’s charities. We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy.

Rumors that Jackson, 46, and Al Mana, 37, were planning a spring wedding started circulating in December. The couple has been romantically linked since 2010. It’s the third marriage for the “Rhythm Nation” singer, following her marriages to James DeBarge and Rene Elizondo Jr. (her marriage to the former was later annulled). She was also in a long-term relationship with music producer Jermaine Dupri, which ended in 2009, but the couple never married.
Not much is knows about Al Mana’s personal life, but he is certainly successful in the business world. The Middle Eastern impresario helps run the Al Mana Group, a family business started by his father over 60 years ago, along with his two brothers. The retail businessman has a reported estimated net worth ranging anywhere from $200 million to over $1 billion. In 2004, he launched the Al Mana Luxury Company division, which is a shareholder in Saks Fifth Avenue’s Middle East franchises as well as in A/X Armani Exchange.
“I head the retail division [of the Qatar-based family empire, Al Mana Group],” he explained in the November 2012 issue of VMAN magazine. “I oversee new developments and I’m constantly working on interesting projects, one of them in design. I’m also pursuing an art project, and I’m involved in several charities.”
He also spoke with VMAN back then about his relationship with Ms. Jackson, saying, “I don’t date Janet Jackson. She is my girlfriend; there is a difference. She is a very special and talented woman who never ceases to amaze me.”
In December 2010, he spoke with Harper’s Bazaar Arabia more about the origins of his professional life.
